During the flag raising ceremony at the Mabini Grounds in Malacanang, Manila on March 3, President Benigno S. Aquino III, through Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration Ronaldo A. Geron, conveys his highest recognition to the strong and resilient women for their over-all contribution to rehabilitation process and progress.
