Commission on AuditCOA Resolution No. 2021-007 dated April 30, 2021 re: Automatic Suspension of Implementation of COA Orders of Execution (COEs) and Deadlines for Filing Pleadings Before the Commission During the Period of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ)This Resolution prescribes the automatic suspension of the reglementry period for the implementation of COEs and the deadline from filing pleadings before the Commission during the period only where: (1) the filing or submission is to a COA office in an area under ECQ or MECQ; (2) the action to be taken is by an office in an area under ECQ or MECQ; or (3) the person filing or submitting, or affected by an action, resides or holds office in areas under ECQ or MECQ. The period of suspension shall cease upon the lifting of the ECQ or MECQ by the National Government, and immediately thereafter, the reglementary period for the filing of pleading or submission shall resume and continue to run, and the issuance and enforcement shall proceed accordingly. COA Website

Commission on AuditCOA Resolution No. 2020-022 dated April 16, 2020 re: Suspension of Implementation of COA Order of Execution (COE), and Extension of Deadlines for Filing Pleadings Before the Commission This resolution suspends the filing of appeals from Notice of Disallowance (ND) or Notice of Charge (NC) and other pleadings with deadlines falling on or before March 13, 2020, and gives and extension of 60 days from filing the same. It also suspends the issuance COE to implement final and executory decision of the Commission until May 30, 2020. Meanwhile, the enforcement of COEs already issued is also suspended during the ECQ period not exceeding 60 days, including installment payment of liabilities through salary deduction. COA Website

(3) Retail Establishments (Groceries, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Convenience Stores, Pharmacies And Drug Stores)

Department of Trade and IndustryEnterprise Rehabilitation Financing Facility under the Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag-asenso (COVID19 P3-ERF)The DTI allotted PhP 1 billion for the P3 program to assist affected micro entrepreneurs/ micro, small and medium enterprises.

The microfinancing program offers loans ranging from P5,000 – P200,000 with a minimal interest rate of not more than 2.5% per month with no collateral requirement.

Also included in the allotment is the DTI’s ongoing assistance in finding new supply sources and non-traditional markets for industries affected by supply chain disruptions and the conduct of trade and investment missions to support the continued operation of industry.

Department of Trade and IndustrySmall Business (SB) Corporation Moratorium on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) LoansThe SBCorporation is offering a one month moratorium on loan payments covering the period of March 16 to April 14, 2020 to its MSME borrowers and partner financial institutions (PFIs).

Borrowers may also request to pay only the interest portion of their monthly payments for the succeeding six months, and to resume their regular monthly payments thereafter. Loan terms may also be extended depending on how the current situation develops.
Eligible to apply for the moratorium are SB Corporation MSME borrowers and PFIs situated within the areas declared under community quarantine due to the Covid-19 virus lockdown.
