Officials and employees of the Office of the President (OP) join the nation in celebrating the National Women’s Month. During the flag raising ceremony at the Mabini Grounds in Malacanang, Manila on March 3, President Benigno S. Aquino III, through Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration Ronaldo A. Geron, conveys his highest recognition to the strong and resilient women for their over-all contribution to rehabilitation process and progress.

Provisions of the comprehensive women's human rights law will soon be a fingertip away as the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) is set to launch a mobile application, just in time for the Women’s Month.
 
In December 2013, the PCW launched a contest among college students aiming to develop a mobile application which focuses on any provision of the Magna Carta of Women (MCW).
 
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: Innovation and Originality, Content, Intuitive design and usability, and technical quality.

In fulfilling its commitment to fully mainstream the guidelines for gender fair media, the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) has partnered with Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) to hold a one-day learning session for media practitioners on March 3 at Mabini Social Hall in Malacanang, Manila.
