PCW welcomes Balmes as new Deputy Executive Director

The PCW family welcomes Maria Kristine Josefina G. Balmes as its new Deputy Executive Director. A former Councilor of Batangas City, her advocacy includes women and children’s rights, urban poor and environment.

Balmes was appointed by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on June 27.
