PCW Memorandum Circular No. 2015 – 02 : Extension of the Deadline on the Submission of FY 2016 Gender and Development Plans and Budgets and FY 2014 GAD Accomplishment Reports

Subject	Extension of the Deadline on the Submission of FY 2016 Gender and Development Plans and Budgets and FY 2014 GAD Accomplishment Reports

In consideration of the request of many agencies, the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) is extending the deadline of submission of FY2016 GAD Plans and Budgets (GPBs) and FY 2014 GAD Accomplishment Reports (ARs) to March 31, 2015.

We hope that this extension will give sufficient time for agencies especially those with attached offices to review their plans before submission, and to familiarize them with the use of the newly introduced Gender Mainstreaming Monitoring System (GMMS).

GPBs and GAD ARs submitted after March 31 will still be received for monitoring and reportorial purposes but these will no longer be reviewed nor endorsed by PCW to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
