Media Cluster of MCW IRR Formulation

Members of Cluster 6 of the Formulation of the Magna Carta of Women Implementing Rules and Regulations take a break from drafting the initial inputs to Sections 16 and 26 of the MCW IRR. On October 15, 2009,  Assistant Secretary Baby O’Brien (second from left) of the Office of the Press Secretary led the first consultation meeting of Cluster 6: Right to Information and Non-Discriminatory and Non-Derogatory Portrayal of Women in Media and Film  composed of the Office of the Press Secretary, Philippine Information Agency,  National Commission for Culture and the Arts,  Advertising Board of the Philippines, Philippine Association of National Advertisers, Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas, Women’s Media Circle, Women’s Feature Service and GMA 7 with the Philippine Commission on Women as  the  Secretariat.
