MCW Speaker’s Pool Training for Partners

Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) Chairperson Remedios I. Rikken (in red, 2nd row, 3rd from right) joins the participants and resource persons to the Magna Carta of Women Speakers’ Training held at the PCW on 3-5 September 2012. The participants, who come from various national government agencies, will help the PCW educate other people about women’s rights and advocate for the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women. They were trained by resource persons composed of Atty. Elizabeth Pangalangan (2nd row, 4th from right), Atty. Claire Lucson and Atty. Rowie Morales (in front, 3rd from right).
