GREAT Women Project introduces private sector program up-valuing women’s enterprises

Early this year, PCW-GWP engaged the with support of Women’s Business Council of the Philippines as the private sector partner./p For 2012, the Up-valuing Women’s Livelihood Program will have a women’s mentoring series with the women’s business circle and create a women product line brand of mid-range and upscale products of women entrepreneur groups under GWP. The Program will conduct up-valuing processes for selected WME products and make them available to buyers in Metro Manila.

The Program will also develop gender sensitivity modules targeting the corporate sector, in line with GREAT Women Project moves to encourage private corporations to support women’s economic empowerment.
