GAD Planning and Budgeting Forum for National Agencies, Attached Offices, Bureaus and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations
The Philippine Commission on Women is pleased to invite GAD Focal Point Chairpersons or TWG Chairpersons or its equivalent and Budget Officers (maximum of three participants per agency) of national agencies, line and attached offices, bureaus and GOCCs to attend the GAD Budget Forum on November 7 and 8, 2013 at 3rd Floor, PDC Auditorium Commission on Audit, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City in preparation for the submission of the FY 2015 GAD Plan and Budget and FY 2013 GAD Accomplishment Report. The forum is in line with the National Gender Resource Program (NGRP) of the PCW as an overall technical assistance blueprint. The event will serve as a venue to level off on the provisions of JC 2012-01 and discuss operational issues and concerns of agencies on the implementation of the MCW, specifically on the JC.C
Agencies who will participate in the forum are requested to submit the reply form to PCW by fax, email or they can register via the GAD Budget Forum Registration Form not later than October 25, 2013. Participant’s registration will be confirmed by an email or text message. Participants can confirm their attendance until October 31, 2013. Attached agencies, bureaus and GOCCs are strongly encouraged to attend the session schedule of their mother/central agency while stand-alone GOCCs are scheduled to participate in the second day session (Please refer to the attached GAD Budget Forum Schedule of Agencies ).
