GAD Planning and Budgeting Fora for National Government Agencies, Attached Offices, Bureaus, State Universities and Colleges and Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations
The Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) is pleased to invite GAD Focal Point System Members and Budget Officers (maximum of two participants per agency) of national government agencies (NGAs), attached agencies, bureaus, state universities and colleges (SUCs) and government-owned-and-controlled corporations (GOCCs) to attend the 2017 GAD Budget Forum. The venue for the 2017 GAD Budget Fora is the Sports and Cultural Center (SCC) of the Commission on Audit (COA) Central Office, Commonwealth, Quezon City.
The GPB Fora will discuss and level-off concerns on the GAD Plan and Budget preparation, submission and endorsement following the issuance of PCW Memorandum Circular 2017-03: Preparation and Online Submission of FY 2019 GAD Plans and Budgets and FY 2017 GAD Accomplishment Reports and Other Matters on September 29, 2017.
Agencies that will participate are requested to accomplish an online registration form at bit.ly/GADBudgetFora2017 on or before November 3, 2017. Since the activity will be free of charge, confirmation will be on a first come, first served basis.
