Description: 

SCOPE OF WORK

The Moderator must make herself available on the dates specified above. Specifically, the Moderator is expected to perform the following:
1. Serve as the emcee of the three-part series;
2. Moderate discussions of resource persons;
3. Ensure seamless transition of the program; and
4. Provide inputs on the script that will be drafted by PCW.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. With 3 years of relevant experience in serving as an emcee/moderator in advocacy activities;
2. Have knowledge on gender and development (GAD) and familiarity on women’s advocacies;
3. Good communication skills and highly confident in public speaking;
4. Flexible and can manage schedule on time; and
5. Familiar with government processes.

PROFESSIONAL FEE
The PCW will pay the Moderator an amount of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 45,000.00), subject to applicable taxes.

Payment of professional fees shall be made in two tranches upon submission of final outputs, subject to the issuance of certificate of acceptability of output by the PCW and following the timeline, or as may be agreed upon and stipulated in the contract of service to be signed by the Contractor and the PCW.

ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS
The Contractor shall directly coordinate with PCW-Corporate Affairs Information Resource Management Division (CAIRMD) in all matters relative to this engagement. PCW-IRMD shall assign a focal person for this project, who will coordinate with the Contractor and will be responsible for preparing the contract, facilitating the submission of draft output and provision of comments and input, and processing of payment of professional fees.
