Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) Chairperson Remedios Ignacio-Rikken urges women, who she says are “restless most of the time,” to exercise their right to rest and recreation, and their right to a happy sex life.

Rikken also encourages mothers and future mothers to teach their children and future children, household chores that “can be performed by both girls and boys” during the May 29 “Pag-aaruga sa Kababaihan, Tungo sa Malusog na Kinabukasan” grand rally of RH bill supporters at the SB Park in Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
